ARad er ein applikasjon som utvider trykte medier med digitalt innhold. Ved å peke iPhonens kamera mot en markør i avisen vil forskjellige virtuelle objekter pop opp fra den trykte markøren.

De forskjellige markørene som er på trykk i VG avis blir sporet i sanntid av iPhonen din og viser forskjellig innhold som spill og interaktive 3D modeller.

Å bruke ARad er veldig lett: installer, start ARad og pek mobilen på de forskjellige markørene i VG for å se på Augmented Reality innhold.

Om du opplever problemer med ARad Forsøk å slette den fra din iPhone, utfør en omstart av telefonen. Installer ARad og forsøk igjen.

ARad bruker wifi (om tilgjengelig) eller 3G nett for å hente data fra server.
Dersom du får feilmeldingen: Teknisk feil! når du forsøker å starte ARad i et wifi område, prøv da å slå av wifi på din iPhone og last ned innholdet over 3G-mobilnett.

Arad is an application that extends printed media with digital content. By pointing your iPhone camera at a marker in the newspaper, various virtual objects pop up from the printed marker.

The various markers that are in print, will be tracked in real time from your iPhone and displays different content such as games and interactive 3D models.

Using Arad is very easy: install, start Arad and point your mobile phone at the different markers in VG to look at the Augmented Reality content.

If you experience problems with Arad Try to delete it from your iPhone, restart the phone. Install ARad and try again.

ARad is using wifi (if available) or 3G network to retrieve data from server.
If you get the error message: Internal error! when you try to start Arad in a wifi area, try to disable wifi on your iPhone and download content over 3G mobile networks.

For best performance, upgrade to the latest version of iOS.
