Edward Burger is Professor of Mathematics and the Lissack Professor for Social Responsibility and Personal Ethics at Williams College. He has taught or been a visiting scholar at the University of Texas at Austin, Westminster College, James Madison University, the University of Colorado at Boulder, and the Macquarie University in Australia.
