ALERT: iPodTouch users, hold your horses. There is one bug. I have fixed it & submitted a patch, so download the app now and let it update itself as soon as the update is available.
ChordWheel -- Major chords for all 12 keys, arranged in a circle of fifths. Relative minors form an inner circle.
Tap the chords to play them.
Rotate the wheel by flicking - hold finger down anywhere on rim and ...flick! ( update coming to fix the mechanism )
Display either sharps or flats.
This is the first of hopefully many musical offerings.
This is my first iPhone/iPad app, so please be gentle! Please send me feedback rather than sinking it with a bad review, and I will address the problem with an update.
BUGS I know of:
* Crashes on iPod touch. FIXED, but you'll have to wait a week or two for the update to appear on the shelf.
* In Info-Page it is impossible to read the Web content. Fix coming...
* rotating the wheel is not intuitive. Currently you have to hold your finger on the wheel and ...'ftsh' - flick it round. you can do this reliably. I will replace this mechanism with something easier.
* icon. I will change the icon for the next update, so you can see when it is ready.
iPhone developers: Do have a look at the website and e-mail me if you're interested in joining forces in any way.
Pro–version coming which will be free from ads, and voice chords appropriately (that's really hard to do, but I figured it out now).
