Date Ranger

Tired of trying to figure out what the date is 9 days from now, or 3 week? Do you try and figure it out by counting days on a desk calendar? Or better yet open up a calendar application on your computer?! Date Ranger will put a stop to that!

A swiss army knife of date calculators, Date Ranger will quickly determine the new date given a start date, and a date range in days, weeks, months, or years to add or subtract. Enter date ranges via the handy picker or by keyboard.

If the resulting date is important enough that you want a reminder or a note in your calendar, just tap on the new date displayed in red at the bottom of the screen, and you can quickly add an event to your calendar.*

You can also ‘toss’ the calculated date back to the Start Date with a quick swipe in order to quickly chain date calculations together.

On the iPad you get the additional ability to do multiple date calculations on a single screen for easy comparison.


iPhone Date Ranger Tips:

-Tap on the red bouncing date result to quickly add a calendar remainder for the calculated date.

-Swipe up on the date result to “toss it” to the Start Date picker and quickly do a follow up calculation

-Tap on the Start Date label to rest all the controls and labels back to their default values

iPad Date Ranger Tips:

-Swipe, up in portrait/right in landscape, on the date result to “toss it” to the Start Date picker and quickly do another follow up calculation, or better yet…

-Swipe down in either orientation on the date result to “toss it” to the other folders Start Date picker to quickly chain multiple date calculations together.

-Tap on either Start Date label to reset that respective folders controls and labels back to their default values.
