EnergyCalculator – the Siemens energy-saving calculator for appliances

With the free energyCalculator app for the iPad and iPhone, you can calculate your personal savings potential with super-efficient appliances from Siemens (washing machines, dryers, refrigerators and freezers, ovens & stoves, etc.) compared to appliances that are up to 15 years older.

For each calculation, you have the option of entering the individual consumption values of one of your own appliances. The EnergyCalculator also lets you adjust the frequency of use of your appliances, your personal electricity and water rates, and the scheduled time of use for the appliances.

The results are temporarily stored on a saved items list, so that the overall savings can be calculated, for example, for several appliances. The saved items can also be sent via e-mail.

App functions:
> Calculates energy savings for a large number of super-efficient household appliances from Siemens compared to similar older appliances (5, 10 or 15 years old)
> Calculates the energy savings with the cleanAir air circulation module compared to a ventilation hood
> Saved items list for already-completed calculations
> E-mail function for the saved items
