Meeting Inspector is an intelligent job aid that helps you plan, evaluate, and participate effectively in meetings. It is designed to be quick and easy to use, yet to provide useful results -- generated by a knowledge-based evaluator -- that are immediately actionable.
As a meeting planner or facilitator, use Meeting Inspector to profile your meeting to anticipate challenges and issues. Then use it to diagnose problems during the meeting, and to evaluate after the meeting.
As a meeting participant, use Meeting Inspector during the meeting to understand how you can help make the meeting more productive.
The basic steps are:
1. Profile the meeting. Based on the types of activities and expected outcomes, use sliders to indicate the basic composition of the meeting.
2. Record your observations. Use sliders to indicate how strongly you agree (or disagree) with a series of statements about the meeting.
3. View results. Based on the meeting profile and your observations, a knowledge-based evaluator immediately calculates the target and observed values for a set of meeting dimensions. The evaluator then offers observations and suggested actions on each dimension, and comments on challenges indicated by the profile of your meeting.
Meeting Inspector helps you understand and improve your meetings by offering you an easy, structured way to think about meetings in general, and a quick way to get feedback and suggestions on specific meetings.

This release contains modifications to Meeting Inspector based on feedback from our users. (Many thanks to all who have made suggestions!)
The main updates are:
- Results now show numbers for target and observed values so that you can more easily share and compare your evaluations with others, and from one meeting to another.
- You can now directly email or copy and paste the results data into another program. The data is copied in plain text so that you can paste it into meeting notes and other applications. You can email or copy just the target and observed values, or these values plus the observations and recommendations.
- There are also some changes to the interface and minor changes to the underlying model.
