House Plans: Catalog gives you full access to blueprints: CAD drawings (dwg) and PDF files at an unheard of price.

The House Plans: Catalog is a store application that allows you to purchase only the plans you want at a very inexpensive price.

Once you purchase a plan from the store all the drawings are yours. View them in the app or EXPORT them to your PC or MAC as an email attachment. Send the plans to your builder or modify them yourself with any compatible CAD program. Print the plans at your copy store or at home. The choice and the plans are yours.

By purchasing full plans at such a low price you can review and bid/estimate costs of many plans without spending hundreds of dollars for each plan. House plan web sites charge over $200 for a single bid set and over $500 for complete set of plans. If you want their CAD drawing files, the price can double again.

Our goal is to offer something completely new. You can buy several plans for less than the price of a single plan purchased from a house plan website. If you wish to modify any of the plans, you can take it to your local architect or designer. They can import the CAD files into their design program and make modifications. This will save you hundreds of dollars in design costs. - We ask only that you not to resell the plans. That will help us keep more plans coming!
