UCLA Hoffman2 Cluster Access
This app is only for the users who already have access to UCLA IDRE Hoffman2 cluster. This app allows you to submit job, check the job status, upload/download data, and more.
- Login with Grid username and passphrase, the same login credential when login to UCLA Grid Portal (grid.ucla.edu).
- Submit Serial or Parallel Job to Hoffman2 cluster
- Submit application to Hoffman2 cluster such as Matlab, Gaussian, Q-Chem, etc.
- Save job for later submission
- Check Job Status
* list of jobs submitted from this device
* list of Running/Pending jobs (qstat output)
* get job stdout and stderr
* get job details
- File Manager
* Download a file from Hoffman2 to this device
* Upload file from this device to Hoffman2
* Create a new directory on Hoffman2
* Delete a file on Hoffman2
* Delete an empty directory on Hoffman2
* Email a file
* View a local file
