Buoys provides easy access to recent NOAA, NDBC, and CDIP data: waves, wind, and atmospheric conditions, directional swell data, and more! Buoys is the ultimate app for surfers, boaters and ocean enthusiasts.

Browse by body of water or region, add them easily to a 'Favorites' screen, or use the ultra-convenient ‘Nearby’ function to check the buoys closest to you. Use historical charts to observe trends - is the swell building or fading? Monitor the buoys on your phone and you'll be ready for fun at a moment's notice!

New in Buoys 2 is an *optional* monthly subscription to Buoy Change Alerts. With Buoy Change Alerts you'll always know when a new swell is coming up, even if the app isn't running.

Welcome to Buoys 2.0.1, a minor bug fix update release with the following changes:

- Some user interface tweaks and fixes.
- Added an icon for iPad users.
- Update for an issue where fast scrolling could result in the status icon flashing between colors.
- Harmonize wind charts to be in knots to match the detail screen (from MPS).
- Fixed a crash when viewing certain stations.
