iQuakeLite allows you to monitor earthquakes around the world and displays the latest earthquakes. The graphic heat map show you instantly where, how large and when an event happened.
Zoom, pan and change map type. Overlay Tectonic plates. The map can now be centered on the Pacific Ocean and scrolled horizontally to see the Ring of Fire around the Pacific Ocean.
Share maps and earthquake information to Twitter, Facebook, iMessage or Email with the new Share button. You can also save snapshots to your local albums.
An Earthquake table list the most recent events with colored visual cues for the Magnitude. Clicking on a line will send you to the map and display the corresponding quake. An info disclosure displays the USGS information in real time for the corresponding earthquake.
The Help tab will display a live help from Internet, links to our 'Alerts & News' page.
