Swami Kriyananda was a direct disciple of the Indian yogi Paramhansa Yogananda, author of the spiritual classic Autobiography of a Yogi.
Kriyananda taught meditation and yoga to thousands, authored nearly 150 books, composed more than 400 songs and founded 10 communities worldwide.
Using his own life and success as examples, Kriyananda shares his secrets of how to achieve lasting outer success and inner happiness.
