Fat Fish Records proudly presents the first OH-FISH-AL app to promote their upcoming album Fat Fish Radio Vol. 1, slated to be released April 20, 2010. With this app you’ll be the first to get the latest news on everything Fat Fish Records is doing and have every one of their videos right in the palm of your hand AND even send a direct email to Fat Fish Records without ever leaving the app!
All eyes are on Fat Fish Entertainment, a southwest hip hop and R&B record label from Albuquerque, New Mexico, whose notoriety is spilling over into the cups of mainstream America.
It all began with a group of friends with a dream and a nickname. This combination created the Fat Fish label in June 2002. Fat Fish started with CEOs Estevan Melendez (Stevie B.) and George Fisher; producers Yung Bizzle and Jiggie; hip hop artists Boy Dirrt, Bamboozle, A. Fish (R.I.P.); and R&B sensation T. Jackson. Later in 2005, the Fat Fish family expanded with hip-hop artist Bill Shakes and the creation of a new group GBU (The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly), who incorporated artists Boy Dirrt, Bamboozle, and Jiggie Da Beast. Also, acclaimed producer/lyricist and protégé of Mac Dre (R.I.P), S.Y.K.O., has been recently added to the arsenal.
Fat Fish Entertainment is the sound of fusion: West Coast. Dirty South. Midwest. Whether it is a club banger or a slow jam, their style is one that is both oh-so-chill, yet bold and in-your-face.
Fat Fish Radio Vol. 1 is their most recent project that gives a boost to the otherwise deficient rap game.
