Crimen y Castigo

Crime and Punishment (Russian: Преступление и наказание) is a psychological novel written by Russian author Fyodor Dostoevsky. It was first published in a journal named The Russian Messenger, in 1866, in twelve parts, and later published as a novel. Along with War and Peace by Leo Tolstoy, it is considered that the novel is one of the most influential international and Russian literature. Also, the dialogue between the protagonist, Raskolnikov, and the police inspector, are considered by some authors, such as the prestigious writer Stefan Zweig, one of the peaks of world literature.

Crimen y castigo (en ruso: Преступление и наказание) es una novela de carácter psicológico escrita por el autor ruso Fiódor Dostoievski. Fue publicada por primera vez en un diario llamado El mensajero ruso, en 1866, en doce partes, y publicada después como novela. Junto con Guerra y paz de León Tolstoy, se considera que la novela es una de las más influyentes e internacionales de la literatura rusa. Asimismo, los dialogos mantenidos entre el protagonista, Raskólnikov, y el inspector de policia, son considerados por algunos autores, como el prestigioso literato Stefan Zweig, una de las cimas de la literatura universal.
