Added settings in main menu to edit the following options:
- Time of answering questions can changed manually to 20sec, 30sec, 40sec and turned off
- In game sound can turned on/off
- Vibration can turned on/off
Fixed app language issue which appeared when iPhone/iPod touch was not running english as main devices language.
