Haiku Time has been recognized by The Haiku Foundation and WBUR’s “On Point“ with Tom Ashbrook for its accuracy and style. Unlike other haiku generators, Haiku Time uses syntax and vocabulary that have been carefully honed to produce aesthetically pleasing poetry. The haiku generation algorithm yields tens of millions of possibilities, all of which have correct grammar and syllable counts. All of the poetry it generates uses seasonal vocabulary and natural images, a hallmark of traditional haiku.
