DIET LIKE A ROBOT
Bang Bang Diet is a simple, effective dieting app for followers of the Bang Bang Servo Diet, first described by Steve Ward of MIT in the 1980's and later popularized on the internet.
The name refers to the "bang bang control" mechanism in engineering where the control is either on or off based on a threshold. Yeah, it's geeky!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
It's simple. You enter your starting weight and goal weight. Every day, Bang Bang Diet tells you what your weight should be today.
* If your current weight is below today's target weight, eat normally.
* If your current weight is above todays' target weight, eat lightly as possible.
So simply enter your weight every day and Bang Bang Diet tells you how much to eat. No calorie counting required.
