Created by a personal trainer and exercise physiologist, this new program builds on the magazine’s 28-year history of bringing readers expert workouts and fitness advice. Best of all: It makes it easier than ever to meet your fitness goals.

The first in a series of new apps, Instant Butt Lift will help you sculpt a sexier backside and get lean, shapely legs, whether you work out at home or at the gym. You’ll burn extra calories, banish cellulite, and improve your rear view so you look better in everything from jeans to a bikini!

GET MOVING:
Seven different workouts focus on your glutes, hips, and thighs with a combination of high-intensity cardio and strength training. Some of the sessions require no equipment at all while others rely on tools you can find at any gym. Each routine contains step-by-step instructional images, videos*, and audio coaching to ensure you get an effective workout.

RECORD IT:
Simply enter your reps, sets, and weight for each exercise to keep track of your progress (logging your sessions is a proven way to boost your success). Once you complete the workout, the data will be recorded in your workout log, which you can always refer back to.

SHARE IT:
Share your workout logs with your friends, family members, or even your doctor. Inspire others to get started by e-mailing them your progress. It’s an easy way to stay motivated so you can continue to see results.
