The VATSIM network (www.vatsim.net) is used by more than 200.000 aviation enthusiasts worldwide to simulate Air Traffic Control and fly online with their flight simulator software. VATSIM offers a realistic experience to those interested in learning about airspace operations.
And if you are a VATSIM user already - ever been stuck in a boring meeting or school class, looking forward to some online flying on VATSIM in the evening? Trying to find out where to fly tonight, what events are out there or what are your friends up to?
vroute.mobile is a portable tool to check what is happening on VATSIM. All online activities, both present and future (booked/scheduled) are displayed in a convenient view, organized by regions, countries and FIRs.
To help you find out what your others are doing, you can create your list of friends. Then you can instantly check who is online right now and who is planning to fly or do air traffic control later.
There is also an event calendar consisting of articles taken from desktop-based vroute.info or vroute.premium.
Please note that this application currently supports VATSIM network only. IVAO is not supported yet. Network connection is required at all times for this program to operate.
