The official events calendar from MySwitzerland.com offers information on more than 15,000 events every year. The app provides details of festivals, concerts, exhibitions, sports contests, traditional customs and all kinds of attractive events focussing on anything from gastronomy to the arts. Find out quickly and easily about the kind of events that appeal to you at more than 500 locations, with details updated daily.
Functions of the Swiss Events app:
- Comprehensive search functions:
Find events using filters or by searching in more than 20 categories. You can choose to display events at a certain location or in your vicinity; you can also search by date.
- Detailed information on events:
For each event, the app provides a detailed description and also photos or video content, contact details, address with directions and further links. Other similar events are also displayed for inspiration.
- Current highlights, selected for you by experts on Switzerland:
The pick of events over the coming days, chosen for you by our experts on Switzerland.
- Top 100 events throughout Switzerland:
The best 100 events of the year, gathered in a handy list.
- Favourites function:
Save and manage your favourites so they are at hand next time you open the app. To add an event to your list of favourites, just press the star button.

The new 3.0 version features a fresh, fully redesigned appearance.
In addition, it incorporates the following handy new functions:
- Favourites and sharing functions: individual events can now be saved as favourites. Tell friends by using the new sharing functions.
- Address and contact details: for each event, you will find an address, contact details and onward links.
- Photos and videos: to give you a vivid impression of individual events, many feature photos and even video clips.
- Similar events to inspire you: for each event, you will find further suggestions for similar attractions.
- Landscape map mode: when the app displays a list of events, hold your mobile device horizontally to obtain a map view showing all events listed.
