Events is amazing kind of app in the App Store for remembering important dates such as birthdays, anniversaries and national holidays. Application has intuitive and easy to use user interface developed with the newest iOS technologies. Application can load your contacts from address book, Facebook or you can create your custom. Each contact can have multiple photos attached and you can present them fullscreen!
Events can notify you before important events so you won't miss any of them. You can choose from many professional alert sounds or you can turn alert sound off.
As a bonus you can download pre-defined national holidays for up to 35 countries:
