Whether you're a watching your weight and need to keep track of what you eat, or simply want to know how many coffees you've had... cigarettes you've smoked... or even television shows you've watched... "iLog It" will help you keep your habits under control!
Simply go into the "iLog It" settings and set your daily number. That's your "max"... what you don't want to go over each day. 25 "items" for example. Then enter in how forgiving you'll be to yourself each week by setting the weekly number. 35 "items" for example. Then you're ready to go!
Whenever you partake of whatever it is you're counting simply enter in an item name and give that item a number value. The item will deduct from your daily number first... and then your weekly allowance second. If you go to "zero" on both of them, that's bad... you lose!
Keep your favorite items in a database for easy addition to your daily log, or enter them one at a time... "iLog It" is as flexible as you want to be.
"iLog It" also enables you to enter an "additional" allowance number. Use this on a daily basis to enter in something you've done good for yourself... something you think should give you more "items". If you're dieting and exercise one day, that should count for something... add it to your "additional" allowance. If you're trying to quit smoking and don't have a cigarette at a party full of smokers, that's great... give yourself a couple of extra "items" to use later on at your leisure. You don't HAVE to use your additional items, but they're there if you need them.
"iLog It" is perfect for dieters, people who are trying to quit something or basically anyone who wants to keep a log of anything and everything! Plus, you'll earn points with friends and loved ones who can see just how committed you are.
