For those of you who want a personal sound effects library in the palm of your hand - Sound Machine is for you. Tell a joke and play a rimshot sound from your iPhone or iPod Touch. If no one laughs (hey, that can happen) bring your own laughter.

Thanks to Lightbrazer for sharing with us how he uses the sound machine series of apps. Put your call on speakerphone then hit the home button to load one of the sound machine apps. The sounds play through the speaker and get picked up by the microphone. You can easily add sound effects to your phone calls!!!

By popular request I have added a crickets sound so that when someone else tells a joke and you don't think it's funny you can press that button. I also updated the rimshot and the censored beep with better sounds. Other improvements were made with the volume levels of various sounds. Enjoy!
