Team More is the communication channel between frontline staff and back office. Internal departments will post updated information like credit card promotions, marketing campaigns, new food, drinks & merchandise, situation handling guidelines in the app and then sent via Team More in a format of Memo. Frontline staff who have installed the app would get the push notification and be able to read memos via the app. As all memos are saved in the app, frontline staff would be able to find the needed document easily by searching keywords. Rather than working in one way from backend to frontline, Team More is a two-way communication channel as frontline staff can also locate and submit different kinds of forms to backend office for further handling, such as submitting refund request form for customer’s app orders to Customer Service Team to process refund for customers. Team More is not only a communication channel, but also a database for saving all useful photos for activities, store outlooks, menu displays, merchandise, etc. In summary, frontline staff can be well informed of all campaigns’ details and updated instructions in running a coffeehouse and can be well communicated with backend office staff without hassle by using Team More.
