With the App "Calm: Free from Stress," you get sixteen calming sounds that play all day, and a free book is included in this App.
Listening to calming sounds has been shown to relax people. Depending on your taste, some sounds work better than others, so we have included 16 different sounds that you can play all day.
Use this App at home to calm down after a long day. Or in the morning to get your attitude going in the right direction. Or at work to keep you going.
The sounds work great as white noise, cutting out unwanted noise such as the neighbor mowing their grass.
We have over 20 years of experience creating calming sounds. We have produced over 50 relaxation music CDs.
The price of the hardback cover is $21.99 on Amazon. The text of the book "9 Steps to a Better Brain" is included in the App at no additional charge. The book will give you a list of things that you can do to help you relax and have a happier and healthier life.
We have recently added two new musical pieces, created by two Black Holes. The sounds sound like symphonies playing. You will enjoy listening to them. The Black Hole music is probably produced by the resonance produced by the black holes, not by Aliens putting on a concert for the universe.
