The application is an electronic version of pocket guide for children’s hospital care in Turkmen language. It is based on recommendations provided by WHO and has a mission to allow medical staff to have access to important information which can be needed to help children in hospitals (including recommendations on the stages of management of sick children in the hospital: emergency sorting assessment, methods of examination of children, laboratory tests, supportive care and monitoring, discharge and follow-up).
The application allows to:
- Get access to required information without Internet connection, once downloaded it will work.
- Make a smart search for required information. Search is implemented using keywords and links to proper chapters, so the user isn’t floated with lots of useless links. It helps users to save precious time and help their young patients quickly. Search is available for a quick lookup from both in-app and Spotlight Search.
- Users can calculate the right dosing for all recommended in this country, taking into account the patient's age and/or weight.
- Navigate between chapters using links. It allows users to quickly navigate to related chapters, get access to important information and faster make decisions about proper treatment.
