Depann'Express is a road assistance that uses the geo-data on your phone, it
works quickly by sending signals to the closest road assistance vehicle in
your vicinity. This means that right now, Depann'Express can be used anytime
from highly frequented areas.
This App covers you by bringing at your finger the road assistance service
that fits your needs.
In highly frequented areas of Kinshasa (soon for others big cities of
Democratic Republic of Congo), wherever your car may encounter a
breakdown, even inside your residence, our road assistance vehicles with
highly trained professionals are ready to bring to you the assistance you
need and make you feel completely free of headaches due to your car’s
failure.
Following large scale discussions with motorists in Democratic Republic of
Congo, personal vehicles are the privileged mode of transport in urban
areas. They are used either for reaching workplaces, shopping, and leisure
areas or for visiting relatives, and loved ones, etc. When a breakdown
occurs, it is often a drama because of the lack of availability of a
professional and quick timing road assistance service for the motorists.
This service will consist of bringing the required means to the place you
have encountered the breakdown and perform the right actions to quickly
and effectively resolve the problem.
At a small monthly fee, per car, Depann'Express provides road assistance
responses, wherever you are, when you need it most.
The road assistance responses of Depann'Express are organized through the

-Towing (once per trimester 6 suburbs: Gombe, Kintambo, Lingwala, Bandalungwa, Barumbu, commune de Kinshasa)
-Tyre change
SILVER (8$/trimester, 14,40$/semester, 27,20$/year)
-Towing (once per trimester 12 suburbs: Gombe, Kintambo, Lingwala, Bandalungwa, Barumbu, commune de Kinshasa, Ngaliema, Bumbu, Kalamu, Selembao, Ngiri-Ngiri, Kasa-vubu)
-Battery boost
-Tyre change
GOLD (10$/trimester, 18$/semester, 34$/year)
-Towing (once per trimester in the all of Kinshasa except the suburbs of "Maluku")
-Fuel assistance
-Tyre change
-Battery boost
The BRONZE package allows you to access the road assistance services for a
single pre-registered car one time per trimester.
The SILVER package allows you to access the road assistance services for a
single pre-registered car one time per trimester.
The road assistance services are performed by highly trained professionals
and are quickly available to the place you are. We will assist you for the
following breakdowns of your car with the best responses possible:
- Towing service
- Tyre change
- Jump-start service
- Running out of fuel
We promise you to do our best professionally and quickly deliver
those road assistance services wherever you may need them in the inside
of our areas of intervention.
