Sunshine At CUHK mobile application is a wellbeing app where you could be engaged in Mood Diary, Mindfulness Exercises and counselling hotline/services on the go. Key features include:
Mood Diary:
You could record your mood and write down your feelings in words or a photo to have a more systematic view of your emotions and their trends in Mood Diary.
Mindfulness Exercises:
Re-awaken yourself with your five senses by following the instructions of the Mindfulness Exercise any time and anywhere.
Seek Help:
Seek Help provides information on various support hotlines and services to help you find the appropriate service instantly. (Some of the suggested hotlines and services may be suitable for CUHK students and staff only)
AID:
Just one click to dial the relevant hotlines for immediate assistance. (Some of the suggested hotlines and services may be suitable for CUHK students and staff only)
Press & Relax:
The way of instantly expressing your sentiments that allow you to “Press” and enter your thoughts to vent your emotions by simulating the poking bubble wraps.
Mix & Listen:
A collection of diverse sound effects that allows you to create unique mix of personal soundtrack – helps you improve concentration and relaxation
Plant The Plant:
Set up a goal and use the “Mood Diary” to write a daily diary to provide nutrients for seedlings to level up and complete tasks to get various gifts (only full-time CUHK students are eligible for redeeming gifts).
