Aeon Timeline 3.4 introduces many new features to make editing timelines easier:

- New templates for writing, project management, legal cases, and history. Plus, easy previews when creating new timelines.
- Properties, tags, and links can be shown directly on the timeline. Timelines can be grouped by color or item type.
- Easier editing! Edit in place, duplicate, or add items quickly with the new edit button. Collapsible panels in the inspector let you keep multiple sections open.
- The sidebar item panels can now show counts of related items, or buttons to quickly scroll to events.
