Lucy was bored of humans being made to feel like they need to follow restrictive meal plans and unsustainable workout plans in order to be doing ‘fitness’.

Videos include how to set up a squat rack, how to set up for the hip thrust, using a cable machine, adjusting a gym bench plus much more.
Recipes, not meal plans:
Calorie counting is a tool but it’s not for everyone. Instead, our nobs-chef has whipped up a batch of easy, no fuss recipes for your body and soul.
With over 150+ creations, bookmark your faves to save for later. With options for vegans, pesci and meaty nobs.
Daily pep-talks:
Personalised affirmations without the cringe to help you stop being such a d*ck to yourself.
Health is not just physical, mental health matters. Over time by practising your pep-talks, your internal self critic will suddenly become less mouthy.
Graduate and unlock levels
New levels for you to unlock - no 12-week transformations here, your body is not a 'before' or 'after'.
Create and maintain a weekly routine that you LUV by completing all workouts from a core guide and leveling up!

Nobs is free to download and offers the following subscriptions plans to access all the features and content above:
- Monthly £11.99
- Quarterly £31.99
- Yearly £119.99
Your subscription will work across your devices and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings within iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the term.
