This is the best way to get daily workout reminders to strengthen your pelvic floor muscles.
You can benefit from doing Kegel exercises if you:
* Leak a few drops of urine while sneezing, laughing or coughing
* Have a strong urge to urinate just before losing a large amount of urine
* Leak stool
Kegel exercises can also be done during pregnancy or after childbirth to improve your symptoms.
