Each recipe is broken down into steps to include all the ingredients per cooking stage. These are then added to a timeline to suit your cooking needs. So wether you are BBQ'ing on a Weber, a Traeger or an offset smoker you can customise each recipe step to suit your BBQ needs.

Cooking a Brisket that you want ready at 4pm? Just enter the weight and either the time you want to have the food ready OR the time you want to start. The Low & Slow app will provided a customizable timeline of steps.
