Installed Base Mobile (IB Mobile) is a mobile application that supports the collection of data for Power Grids (PG) equipment installed on customers sites and imports it to Installed Base Management platform. The application is dedicated to both PG Customers and Employees.
With IB Mobile you can:
• Access asset information by scanning its Dynamic QR Codes and name plate image recognition
• Register new assets and their location
• Report a product issues
• View and add recommended services
• Access asset documentation
• Add and download pictures
• Register new Sites and explore the existing ones
• Call Contact Centers worldwide
