Tees Flex is a new model of on-demand transport - a technology-enabled vehicle that comes to a street corner near you, when and where you need it.
Travel in comfort in one of our state-of-the art Mercedes Sprinters with FREE Wi-Fi, USB charging points and friendly local drivers.
Just download the Tees Flex app today, book your seat and travel where you want, when you want. It’s as easy as click, pay, go!
Using the Tees Flex app, simply select your nearest corner and one of our premium buses will come to you, using the latest technology to effortlessly match your journey with other customers heading in your direction!

How does Tees Flex work?
- Tees Flex is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the Tees Flex app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Now for the clever bit; our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making bus travel easier than ever before!
How much does a Tees Flex journey cost?
- Adult fares start from £1 (trips under 2 miles)
- Under 19s benefit from half fares on all single trips!
- Concessions travel FREE (subject to T&Cs*)
When can I travel?
- Tees Flex services are available from Monday to Saturday, 7am – 8pm.
How long will I wait?
- You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking.
- You can also track your bus in real time using the app.
How many passengers will I share a vehicle with?
- The number of passengers you will share a journey with varies based on vehicle capacity and your chosen destination! Our premium vehicles can easily accommodate 16-17 people.
