REAL-TIME FEEDBACK USING OUR AI. We use on the edge AI (on your phone) to track your movement in real-time, and provide you audio feedback for a more immersive coaching experience. If anything, we’re only augmenting (not replacing!) the existing coaching experience, and we’re here to empower people to move, train and play better!

HELP FEED AMERICA. 1 min of plank time = 1 meal donated to Feeding America. Up to 10k meals this month. Everyone automatically joins this team and is part of this challenge!

ALWAYS FREE TO USE. The Perfect Plank is completely free -- there are no hidden costs in our app. We will add additional paid features down the line, but you’ll never have to pay for what you use today.

PRIVACY BUILT IN. We take your privacy seriously. While we use the front camera to recognize movement, none of your video is ever sent to us / the cloud. The AI runs purely on your phone, and only your 3 recent planks are stored on your device for you to review. Nothing gets sent back to us unless you have an error and want to help us troubleshoot.

CHOOSE FROM DIFFERENT COACHES. Use one of our two coaches to motivate you and give you audio guidance during your plank. More coaches to join the platform soon.

NO HARDWARE NEEDED. All you need is your phone and an empty space to plank. No fancy equipment required.

INTERACTIVE AND FUN. With leaderboards and teams, invite your friends, family, followers and challenge them to a plank.
