Introducing ARPM. The most effective form of preventive maintenance solution available in the market today.
Traditionally, Preventive Maintenance (PM) for office spaces, properties and factories is a manual process. Most work are completed by filling out a survey in paper form. It is very easy for staff to manipulate records. The checklist collected also requires huge amount of physical space and man-hour, before it is properly stored and analyzed. Therefore, we developed ARPM to completely replace paper spreadsheet with AR checklists. The checklists are now pinned to physical assets which are only available when the staff reaches the location physically. The work time and records are all logged automatically so there is no way to cheat. All data collected will be stored on a cloud platform, where you can easily tack KPIs, search and analyze maintenance records. You will be saving huge amount of time and cost with far less large-scale repairs and system downtime.
