HeathKit
If you are using an Apple phone, in order to calculate the training consumption, we will receive and send your sports data from Apple's HeathKit after your authorization. To simplify your input process, we read your weight data from HeathKit. At the same time, the training data generated by your Nivada HRM App will be synchronized with Apple's HeathKit. Any information obtained through the use of HeathKit, such as weight and heart rate data, will not be shared or sold to any third party, including advertisers and other agents. We will not use HeathKit's information for marketing, advertising and similar services.
●We will not transfer or disclose your personal information to any non-associated third party unless:
●1.Relevant laws and regulations, legal procedures, and mandatory requirements of government agencies;
●2.Transfer to complete a merger, division, acquisition or asset transfer;
●3. Get your authorization in advance;
