- Unearth the buried treasure lying under your feet, make it available to the others and actively look into it in order to ensure the winning handover which is the sign of our collective success

- Identify processes and tools to help them implement new solutions when back to the office;
- Enhance experience sharing and exchange of new ideas in successful business situations;
