Whether you are looking to finish your first 5k or smash your marathon PB, our training plan functionality will allow you to access tried and tested training plans in a format that keeps you accountable.
No longer do you need to print out your training plan and stick it on your wall. Your training plan is now in your pocket.

A training plan is an instance of a particular training program created by you, your coach, or a third party author.
Oftentimes we need to adapt our plans to fit our lifestyle or modify them based on our targets/training styles.
If you have previously completed a customised plan and want to reuse it for your next training cycle, you now can.
