Interface Builder is a desktop-class application which helps you to make iOS prototypes. With this app you can add elements to the prototype screen and run the prototype right on your device. You can add elements of these types:
UILabel
UIButton
UIView
UIImageView
UITextField
UIWebView
For each element you must enter some parameters, like size, location, color etc. After this you can run your prototype and see your result.
You can make prototypes for these devices:
iPhone SE
iPhone 8
iPhone 8 Plus
iPhone XS
iPhone XS Max
Interface Builder also have an additional tool named "Color Picker". It helps you to choose the color and use it later via RGB values.
