ZAP IN provides contactless sign-in, employee and visitor sign-in and out, signed agreements, instant badges with visitor photo. Keep all information private & secure. Modern, discreet, elegant and most importantly easy-to-use!

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE NOTIFICATIONS - email/SMS alerts sent to host contacts include all data entered at sign in, including the location if you have multiple entry points. Integration with your Slack account.
CONTACTLESS SIGN IN - use your mobile phone to sign in by scanning a QR code.
CUSTOM FIELDS and QUESTIONS - gather and keep data you want private and confidential. Create your own questions from the many formats/styles (dropdown, radio buttons, multiple-choice, essay).
WEB-BASED DASHBOARD - Instantly see who's currently on-site. Also provides analytics, reporting and account management with sub-account user access and role permissions.
VACCVERIFY™ - reads the vaccination status of anyone with a vaccination passport QR code. Enforce your workplace entrance vaccination policy by setting your own entry tolerance. ZAP IN will scan, read, check and monitor this for you. ZAP IN does not save or store any health information.
VOICE AI - Includes the most advanced technology to speak, listen and fill-in all visitor information. Fast, easy, clear.
CUSTOM WELCOME SCREEN - Use your own; images, company logo, brand colors or graphics - making the app blend into your reception with a look and feel that’s unique to you.
EMERGENCY MODE - Activate emergency mode from your iPad or Dashboard, and all your on-premises visitors will be contacted with details and diagrams of the closest exits. Much more: manage contacts on to a SAFE list. Contact MISSING visitors and make sure each visitor acknowledges they are safe.
UNATTENDED MODE - walk-in visitors can use express buttons to notify arrival. Great for couriers, job applicants, or anyone that doesn’t have a contact or appointment.
RE-VISITORS - Repeat visitors won’t have to enter the same data twice, ZAP IN will remember them.
BADGES - automatically print a personalized badge for each visitor via wireless Brother QL820NBW thermal label printers. Badges display your company logo, date, visitor's name and the visitor’s photo.
PHOTO CAPTURE - Enable photo capture to take a photo upon visitor sign in. See who is here to see you before the meeting even begins.
SIGNATURE CAPTURE - Using just your finger on the touch screen, ZAP IN can prompt each visitor for a signature. Authenticate each visitor with their signature mark.
WATCHLIST - send alerts whenever someone sign's in matching your watchlist...great for knowing when VIP's sign in or if unwanted visitors try to gain access to premises.
UNLIMITED CONFIGURATIONS: multiple buildings can each have unlimited iPads aggregating visitor traffic onto one DASHBOARD. Each of those buildings can have multiple visitor types - providing unique data collection workflow and compliance requirements.
VISITOR AGREEMENTS: Have visitors review and sign your company's visitor policy (i.e. screening, liability waiver, safety waiver, policy statements, NDA, etc.). Add a video. Include a diagram.
FOLLOW-UP EMAILS: Automatically send emails to each visitor. Great for sending your guest WIFI access, our facilities policies - or just a warm greeting & friendly greeting.
DATA EXPORT: Choose to download a complete report in .pdf or CSV format.
