Singtel Mobile Voice Recording (MVR) records mobile calls real-time and directly from our mobile network to help your business meet regulatory requirements, enhance customer service quality and empower the mobile workforce.
Features:
1) Network-based recording
• Calls are routed directly from the Singtel mobile network to your voice logger
• Real-time, automatic recording with no noticeable lags.
2) Caller identification
• Caller identity is visible to MVR user and client
• Recordings are tagged by Caller ID, date and time.
3) Hassle-free setup and integration
• Works on any device model and operating system
• No new mobile number or SIM card is required
• Integrates with your existing voice logger setup
Usage of app requires subscription to Singtel Mobile Voice Recording Service.
