The 20-day exercise schedule was made by an industry professional and will help you build strength and mobility around your neck and shoulders. It will help you to fix your posture and relieve you from shoulder and neck stiffness and pain.
- Every exercise can be done sitting or standing
- Easy to exercise on the go. You won't have to take more than 5 min to complete an exercise day
- Video instructions for each exercise
- Daily posture reminder. The app will remind you of your posture throughout your day which will teach your body to maintain a good posture automatically.
We collect data to improve this app and the exercise schedule. All data collected is anonymous and cannot be linked to any person or device.
