ADF Active helps you get fit enough for entry into the Australian Defence Force, and allows you to evaluate how close you are to ADF recruitment standards for the Navy, Army and Air Force.
Attaining the fitness required to join the Navy, Army or Air Force is well within most people's capability. ADF Active is the smarter, more efficient way to reach that level.
PERSONALISED PROGRAM
ADF Active creates a personalised program designed to get you to the required fitness level for your gender and preferred service.
TECHNIQUE TRAINING
You'll be shown the correct way to do push-ups, sit-ups and a Beep Test, with step-by-step instructional images and videos.
PROGRESS TRACKING
You can check how you're progressing with stats, graphs and simulated Pre-entry Fitness Assessments.
SUPPORT MATERIAL
Articles and podcasts will provide you with advice, guidance and motivation throughout the program.
