Application that creates a platform for care homes for posting and managing temporary staffing requirements and present the same to temporary care givers who are willing to accept and work for the same.

CARE GIVERS
The App requires registration of the care givers by providing their email address and mobile numbers. The same are verified by asking the care giver to by clicking on the confirmation mail and entering a passcode sent as SMS to the registered mobile number.

After registration, the caregivers are required to give their details like back ground check, ID and Address proof by uploading the photographs of the same. This information is required by care homes as their activity is governed by CQC, Government of UK and the work involves caring for the old and disabled.

Once the Care giver gives the details required by care homes for engaging the services of temporary care workers, they will receive notifications on APP, Mobile through SMS and email informing them about the requirement posted by a care home in their chosen working radius. The care giver can accept or reject the engagement. If the care giver rejects the engagement or doesnot accpt the engagement within a fixed time period, then the platform looks for other caregivers than meet the criterion. The app also helps the Care givers to keep track of working hours and the fees earned by them. The payments will be made offline after confirmation from Care Seeker.

CARE SEEKER
The App requires the Manager of the Care home to register himself by providing email address and Phone number. Once verified, the manager selects the care home to be linked to the platform. From CQC (Care Quality Commission of UK) data (Publicly available), the contact details of the registered care home will be taken and verified by making a call to the phone number registered with CQC.

Subsequent to registration, the Care Manager at care home can post the temporary staffing requirements for nurses and care givers. The requirement will be broadcast to those care givers for who the care home falls within their working radius. Once allocated, the care home can reject the care giver by cancelling the shift. The app helps to track the shift times electronically based on confirmation by both care seeker and care giver. Subsequent to the service provided, the care seeker can rate the performance of care giver on a scale of 5. The App helps the care seekers to keep track of all the temporary staff that that they have engaged with and the fees payable. The payment for the services rendered will be made offline and will not be processed through the app.
