Get started with 7 days of Moment that will teach you the basic techniques of meditation, guided sessions that introduce you to concepts of mindful awareness and techniques such as focusing on your breath and body. The meditation for each day takes 10 to 15 minutes and includes a few minutes of background on a meditation technique and then a practice session.
