Business Rover is a Smart Solution to connect all Human Resources of an organisation who are active and roving in the field for Business with a simple mobile application.
Plan and Punch: This set of features covers all basic activities of the field resources in any company. Here the managers can plan the daily agenda of any employee and share it through the “Planner” feature of the application. The employees on other the end can access this information and plan their daily activities. Moreover, the “Punching” feature allows them to report back instantly, using which the Manager will received all the essential information including the employees’ Current Location, Customer details and Meeting time.
All Business Development activities can be made efficient and in record with this simple technique.
Sales: The Sales section in Business Rover helps the sales people take orders from a customer by listing down all available products and options of their company. The orders will be instantly sent to the Back Office, where it can be processed and delivered seamlessly with prompt response ensuring that all activities are on schedule and in loop.
Delivery: This is where any company can get maximum benefits out of Business Rover Application. Here the Back Office can plan the complete delivery route and pass it on to the Delivery Team’s application. So that before setting out for the Delivery, each team will get the complete information of Customers including their preferences, exact locations, invoices and Delivery notes. Once the delivery is complete, the option for punching keeps a tab on the efficiency and performance of each Delivery activity.
Service: Business Rover can bring a big range of automation in On-demand and emergency service sectors like Telecom, Factory services etc. This is made possible by recording the live position and availability of the complete service force distributor over a territory. In case of any demand, the back office can easily track and assign the most suitable service personnel to the site. As Business Rover records and reports all instances from the service request to the completion, all service personnel and the people working in back office will be more accountable.
