It was always happening with us, in our company. Seriously, it was so difficult for us to find reliable professional tax solutions and its providers.
There is an old saying, that if a lame man sits on the shoulders of a blind man then they can easily get out of the forest;
We strongly believed in the saying. We felt that the crux of the saying is “fruitful association”. We also thought that if people could be fruitfully associated then tax problems could be easily solved.

Thakurani is a platform where different people with different professional tax knowledge(including Income tax, VAT, GST, Service tax, RBI, FEMA, Banking, Customs, Excise, Current Affairs etc..) could fruitfully associate in various ways. Eg on quaremon, an Income tax practitioner could ask some GST question to a GST practitioner. Or an importer can post some customs news on Shocks n Mocks.
Basically, in Thakurani, we have 2 services 1. Shocks n Mocks (SnM) and 2. Quaremon.
The basic functionality of 2 services are:
In SnM, anyone (with some points) can post news on any subject of his choice like RBI, FEMA, income tax, service tax, current affairs etc, in his own language.
In Quaremon everyone can ask their queries on tax matters (including Income tax, VAT, GST, Service tax, RBI, FEMA, Banking, Customs, Excise, Current Affairs etc..)or answer the queries by others
The above posts are handled in such a way that they get quickly circulated/published to most relevant people.So that everyone stays updated of latest developments and general public questions
In addition, Thakurani also gives access to a bundle of advanced services like
Your portfolio: Portfolio gives a bird's eye view of all the activities done by each individual member. This is a gracious opportunity to market one's tax knowledge.
Search: Search lets you easily find any post/news/query/member, by just typing few keywords in the search box.
News reader: lets you carry all latest posts/news in your pocket. Just by swiping you can read all the news in your iphone with Thakurani mobile app.
