COMIC 24 is the perfect tool to create a comic or cartoon!

Import endless funny characters, speech bubbles, artwork, pattern... from openClipart.org (free to use for any purpose even commercially), live photos or images from your gallery and assemble all, easy by drag, scale and rotation finger gestures, to a new comic.
