About the School:
The Victoria International School of Sharjah (VISS) is a learning community that supports the attainment of excellence. The school will produce students who are critical thinkers, confident, reflective and responsible global citizens, capable of facing the future with resilience and optimism.
About this Application:
Victoria School App is designed for parents and guardians to help them by notifying on their phones about the status of their children travelling in the school buses.
This application is full of advanced innovative technological features to keep parents/guardians informed by sending them proactive notifications and live tracking of the bus.
A couple of features and benefits of this smart system are mentioned below.
Registered parents are required to log in by using their registered phone number.
Features:
1- Easy to use.
2- Secure Login using OTP
3- Real-time Information.
4- Live bus tracking.
5- Noticeboard
6- User-based alert preferences.
7- Same login on multiple devices with different preferences.
Benefits:
1- Parents can track bus of their children live on the map using this application along with route, bus number, attendant number, name and stop details.
2- Parent can call directly to bus attendant and bus driver using call feature in the bus info section.
3- Parents can get a pickup and drop off timings of their children in buses along with instant notifications.
4- Parents can get entering and exit time of their children in the school campus along with instant notifications if the school is using campus attendance.
5- The parent can receive bus arrival notification prior to the arrival of the bus at their stops either for picking up in the morning or dropping off in the afternoon.
6- Parents can use this application on multiple phones using the same phone numbers so they can easily be able to monitor their children from their workplaces using their own smartphones.
7- The Parent will immediately receive Notification when children accidentally or deliberately miss the bus.
