- During the service request creation process, an FTM internal technician wasn't prompted to add an asset to a work order despite this step being set as required. We've fixed this issue.
- Upon creating a work order, an FTM internal technician might have noticed that the interactive troubleshooting questions were not displayed on the Interactive Troubleshooting screen. Thus, the questions could not be adequately addressed. All questions are visible now, as expected.
